The Raymond Weil A.R.T. ref. 1250-ST-97081 is the most luminously natural expression of the 30mm A.R.T. collection, replacing the sunray-brushed coloured dials of its siblings with the inherently iridescent beauty of white mother-of-pearl. A.R.T. — standing for Artistry, Refinement and Timekeeping — draws its design DNA from the bold geometric watchmaking of the 1970s, the very decade in which Raymond Weil was founded. In the 30mm quartz format, that architectural language becomes jewellery-like and intimate; set against a mother-of-pearl dial, it becomes something genuinely luminous. The naturally shifting surface of the mother-of-pearl captures and refracts light in a way no applied colour can replicate, bringing an organic, living quality to the structured dial composition — azuré minute track, recessed separation groove and applied indices with faceted hands — that makes every glance at the dial a subtly different experience.
