Description:
The Baume & Mercier Hampton Spirit reference MOA08255 pairs a rectangular tonneau-shaped case with soft curves and flat surfaces, part of the collection first launched in 1994 and inspired by the elite East Coast enclave for which it's named. The slate grey dial features a fine textured guilloché pattern, applied Arabic numerals at 12, 3, 6, and 9 o'clock, and faceted triangular baton markers at the remaining hours, with a date window at 6 o'clock. Powered by the automatic Calibre BM 8395 (ETA 2671 base), the movement beats at 28,800 vibrations per hour, and the polished stainless steel case is finished with a screwed solid case back. The watch is fitted on a black alligator leather strap with a pin buckle.
