Description:
Heir to a model from 1956, the Vacheron Constantin Fiftysix Complete Calendar reference 4000E/000A-B439 brings mid-century design into a modern, wearable 40mm stainless steel case, with lugs that subtly echo the Maltese cross of the Vacheron Constantin emblem. The silver-toned dial pairs applied index and Arabic hour markers with a complete calendar display: day and month windows below 12 o'clock, a blue date hand tracking the perimeter of the dial, and a precision moonphase at 6 o'clock accurate to one day's error every 122 years. Powered by the in-house automatic Calibre 2460 QCL/1, stamped with the Geneva Seal, the openworked sapphire caseback reveals an oscillating weight in 22k gold.
