Details & Specifications
Description:
Pre-Owned Audemars Piguet Royal Oak Chronograph, original 39mm sized Royal Oak stainless steel case and blue micro tapisserie dial. Powered by the calibre 2385 self winding movement - one of the worlds thinnest chronographs in production.
This particular example is from the first ever production run of the Royal Oak chronograph of which a limited quantity were produced. These pieces are identifiable by a no AP logo crown, Gay Freres produced bracelet and blue micro tapisserie dial. This watch is a D serial with a production number of 5##.
The watch is in excellent condition for its age with sharp edges on the case and only minor marks from normal wear. A factory polish would return it to near mint condition.
