Reference 116710LN is built around a 40mm Oystersteel case fitted with a bidirectional Cerachrom bezel in black ceramic, its 24-hour scale engraved and platinum-filled so the numerals hold a bright, consistent shine under direct light without fading. The black dial beneath carries a glossy depth, set with luminous dot, baton, and dagger markers that pick up ambient light evenly across the surface. A green 24-hour GMT hand cuts across the monochrome dial for a distinct visual contrast, while the date sits at three o'clock beneath a Cyclops lens on a sapphire crystal finished with anti-reflective coating.

The movement is Rolex's in-house Caliber 3186, an automatic GMT calibre with an independently adjustable hour hand, a blue Parachrom hairspring for resistance to shock and magnetism, and approximately 48 hours of power reserve across 31 jewels.
