Reference L2.751.4.53.4 revives a design Longines built for Swissair navigators in the 1950s, housed in a 47.5mm polished stainless steel case. The matte black dial is laid out with a full 24-hour scale rather than the usual twelve, so the hour hand makes just one complete rotation per day — a genuine point of difference from a conventional dial, not just a styling choice. Painted Arabic numerals treated with Swiss Super-LumiNova sit against the matte surface, with silvered polished hands tracking hours, minutes, and a sweeping centre seconds. The date window is set at three o'clock, and a sapphire crystal with anti-reflective coating keeps the dial clear under any light.

Inside is Longines' automatic Caliber L704.3, a self-winding movement built specifically to complete one full dial rotation every 24 hours, running at 28,800 vph across 24 jewels with approximately 48 hours of power reserve. A hinged case back flips open to a transparent window onto the movement, engraved on the inside with details referencing the watch's Swissair navigation heritage. The watch is fitted on a black alligator leather strap, closing on a tang buckle, with an additional extension strap included for wear over a flight suit. Water resistance is rated to 30 meters, in keeping with the watch's instrument-grade rather than diving-grade design brief.
