The Longines Master Collection Retrograde Moon Phases reference L2.739.4.71.5 brings together day, night, and moonphase in a symphony of retrograde displays. The 44mm stainless steel case is fitted with a fixed bezel and houses a silvered dial with 11 black Roman numerals, complemented by 6 blued steel hands. Rather than sweeping a full circle, the watch's four retrograde functions travel along an arc before springing back to the beginning: day of the week at 12 o'clock (sharing the space with a day/night indicator), date on the right side of the dial, a small seconds display at 6 o'clock, and a 24-hour second time zone on the left side of the dial.

 A moonphase display sits at 6 o'clock, calculated with high precision. Powered by the automatic Longines Calibre L707.2 (ETA A07 L31 base), the movement beats at 28,800 vibrations per hour, contains 25 jewels, and delivers a 48-hour power reserve, visible through the transparent sapphire glass case back. The watch is fitted with a brown alligator leather strap and triple safety folding clasp.
