Released in 2026 to mark one of the most significant milestones in watchmaking history — the centenary of the Rolex Oyster, the world's first waterproof wristwatch — the Oyster Perpetual 41 ref. 134303 is a quietly special limited commemorative expression of Rolex's most elemental timepiece.

The slate dial is an entirely new colour for the Oyster Perpetual range, and carries the inscription "100 years" at 6 o'clock in place of the usual "Swiss Made" marking — a subtle but meaningful acknowledgement of the occasion. Each five-minute interval on the minute track is marked by a green square, and the Rolex name is pad printed in Rolex's emblematic green: small details that reward close attention without disrupting the dial's characteristic purity.

The case is rendered in Yellow Rolesor — Rolex's proprietary combination of Oystersteel and 18K yellow gold — a pairing the brand has used since the early 1930s and trademarked in 1933, lending this centenary piece a warmth and nobility that feels entirely fitting for the occasion. The domed bezel, screw-down Twinlock crown, and monobloc Oyster case architecture ensure water resistance to 100 metres. Within, the in-house Calibre 3230 — featuring Rolex's blue Parachrom hairspring, Paraflex shock absorbers, and a 70-hour power reserve — delivers COSC Superlative Chronometer precision to -2/+2 seconds per day.
