Description:
The Audemars Piguet Royal Oak reference 14790ST was the first Royal Oak housed in a 36mm case, a mid-size standard that came to define the collection's smaller models. The octagonal stainless steel bezel is secured by eight exposed screws, framing a white "Tapisserie" dial set with luminous steel hands and index hour markers, with a date window at 3 o'clock. At just 7.5mm thick, the case wears comfortably despite the integrated, sporty design, and is protected by a sapphire crystal. Powered by the automatic Audemars Piguet Calibre 2225, a movement based on a Jaeger-LeCoultre ebauche, the watch is fitted on the integrated stainless steel Royal Oak bracelet with an AP folding clasp.
