The Cartier Santos de Cartier Skeleton Large Model in 18ct rose gold showcases the brand's signature elegance and technical mastery. Powered by the hand-wound Manufacture Calibre 9619 MC, it features skeletonized bridges forming Roman numerals, visible through the sapphire crystal and case back. The 39.7mm rose gold case includes a heptagonal crown set with a faceted sapphire and gold sword-shaped hands.
