Mocha Crazy Horse Side-Stitch Strap

Crazy Horse leather is what you get when you mix Nubuck and Pueblo into one leather. You get the velvety, soft texture of Nubuck, with the varied look, smooth surface and great patina potential of Pueblo. Crazy Horse leather will accumulate scratches with daily use, with variations in the colour tones as you put the strap through its paces. This is what makes this leather so attractive - these marks will only improve the vintage look of the strap, allowing the beauty of the leather to be the real attraction.

Combined with our Side-Stitch style, this strap is perfect if you want that vintage, casual look to dress down your timepiece. The strap is lined with Zermatt leather to keep give the strap some structure and made in 2.5mm thickness instead of our usual 2.2mm, ensuring a sturdy strap even as you go casual.

CRAZY HORSE LEATHER

Evoking images of cowboys, saddlery, and the Wild West, Crazy Horse is what you get when you mix Nubuck and Pueblo. Velvety soft and yet able to take a beating, these straps will develop a patina with rugged charm. Colour variations give it a visual texture which is only improved with time and use.

 

 

SADDLE STITCHED BY HAND WITH LINEN THREAD

Every strap is saddle stitched by hand by our leather artisans. Unlike lock stitch created by machines, a saddle stitch is more durable as it is made of two independent stitches that forms a knot at every stitch. Linen thread in 0.35mm thickness was selected for a fine and natural weave.

 

 

QUICK RELEASE SPRING BAR FOR EXTRA CONVENIENCE

Our straps come with custom made quick release spring bars! This makes it very easy to change out your strap - you don't have to use any tools to do so, which is life-changing if you haven't tried it before. Our QRSBs are best-in-class and improves on many of the features compared to regular QRSBs.  

 

 

SEALED EDGES FOR LONG-TERM DURABILITY

Our edges are finished with multiple layers of edge paint to seal the raw edges. The edges are sanded and edge paint is applied. After the first layer of edge paint has dried, another round of sanding and another layer of edge paint is applied. This process repeats until the edge paint is smooth and uniform.

 

 

HYPOALLERGENIC ZERMATT LEATHER FOR LINING

The straps are lined with Zermatt leather from Haas tannery, specially developed for use as a lining material. It is soft to the touch and comfortable even after hours of wear. The leather is water- and sweat-resistant and works well even in hot and humid climate such as Singapore.

 

 

316L STAINLESS STEEL REGULAR BUCKLE

Every strap comes fitted with a 316L Stainless Steel Buckle, engraved with our brand name. With its brushed silver finish, it brings about a sophisticated yet durable look to the strap. Our buckle features drilled holes at each side so you can remove the buckle to swap in your own buckle or clasp if needed.

 

 

PREMIUM STRAP PACKAGING TO PROTECT YOUR STRAP

Every strap is shipped in its individual silicon packaging, which was specially developed to ensure that the strap does not get damaged during transit. With reinforced eyelet holes at the sides, this packaging has dual-use purpose in mind - you can use this packaging to store and organise your watch straps.
